Operator, scope, and acceptance
These Terms govern your use of phlirtbeauty.com and purchases from N Cosmetics LLC, doing business as PHLIRT Beauty ("we," "us," or "our"). Our mailing address is 5383 Southern Blvd #464, Dallas, TX 75240, and customer support is available at info@phlirtbeauty.com.
When you affirmatively accept these Terms at checkout or when creating an account, you agree to the applicable provisions. We make the Terms available before that acceptance. If you do not agree, do not submit an order or create an account. Merely viewing a page is not treated as consent to promotional messages or optional tracking.
The Refund and Return Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Payment and Cancellation Policy explain the corresponding purchase terms and form part of your order agreement when presented before purchase. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information practices and choices. Product-specific terms presented and accepted before purchase govern that product if they are more specific, subject always to mandatory consumer protections.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into the purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian place the order on your behalf. Provide accurate order and account information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Accounts are for your personal use unless we expressly approve a business arrangement.
Keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and should promptly report suspected unauthorized use. These Terms do not make you automatically liable for fraud you did not authorize or remove any payment-provider protections available to you.
Products and information
We offer the beauty products and accessories described in the relevant listings. Packaging, ingredient lists, warnings, size, and included components should be reviewed before purchase and again before use. We work to keep descriptions accurate; screen settings and lighting can affect how a shade appears. A material difference from the description is addressed under your order rights and our return policy.
Availability, offers, and future prices may change. We do not change an accepted order's price without your agreement. Cosmetic content is informational and must be read with the Product Use and Safety Disclaimer and the item's labeling. Nothing in a general disclaimer cancels an express product promise or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders, acceptance, and corrections
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; acceptance occurs when we send a shipment confirmation or an earlier express acceptance. Payment authorization or capture does not postpone statutory shipping or refund obligations.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for an actual inventory shortage, a material listing or price error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a legal restriction. We notify you and promptly release any authorization or refund captured payment for the declined portion. We will not substitute a materially different product, increase the price, or convert an order to store credit without your agreement.
If an error affects an accepted order, we explain it and seek agreement on a lawful resolution; we do not use an error clause to avoid existing obligations. Reasonable quantity limits must be communicated before purchase or addressed before acceptance. We do not discriminate on a basis prohibited by law.
Prices, payment, shipping, and returns
The checkout identifies the transaction currency, item price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other disclosed charges before you place the order. Optional add-ons require a clear choice. Payment methods and any third-party financing terms are displayed at checkout.
The Shipping and Delivery Policy distinguishes processing from transit and explains delay notices and lost or damaged shipments. The Refund and Return Policy sets out voluntary change-of-mind returns and separate remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. The Payment and Cancellation Policy explains cancellation requests and refunds.
The version of the purchase policies shown when you order applies to that order. Any more favorable specific written promise we make for your order remains effective. A later website revision does not reduce an existing right.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful browsing, shopping, and communicating with us. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or service availability, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or copy personal information about other customers without authority.
Except for content belonging to customers or other identified owners, website text, design, logos, photographs, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal shopping and recordkeeping. Other uses require permission unless the law independently permits them. These Terms do not restrict fair use, lawful quotation, or protected reviews.
Reviews, submissions, and third-party services
The Reviews and User Content Policy applies when we offer a submission feature. You retain ownership of your content and grant only the limited, nonexclusive license described there. Do not submit another person's confidential information or content you lack permission to use. We do not prohibit honest criticism or impose a penalty for a lawful review.
Links, social features, payment services, and independently operated salons may be provided by third parties. Their own terms govern their separate services. We remain responsible for our own sales obligations and for any responsibility the law places on us; a third-party link does not transfer those obligations to you.
Website availability and warranties
We may maintain, improve, or temporarily interrupt website features. We use reasonable efforts to communicate material order-related issues. Removing a feature or suspending an account does not cancel a paid order, an earned refund, or a statutory right without a lawful resolution.

Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential commercial losses, such as lost business opportunities, arising solely from interruption of website access. This narrow exclusion does not apply to amounts due for goods, promised refunds, product defects, personal injury, property damage, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breaches of statutory duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms waives rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, applicable product or payment laws, or another nonwaivable protection. You do not release a claim merely by using a product, contacting customer service, requesting a refund, or leaving a review.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these Terms, fraud, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. We preserve access to customer service and privacy-request channels and address outstanding orders and refunds separately.
You may stop using the website at any time and ask us to close your account. Closing an account does not eliminate records we must lawfully retain, your obligation to pay for an authorized completed purchase, or our obligations concerning that purchase.
Texas law and disputes
Texas law and applicable federal law govern these Terms, except that mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply where the law requires. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and proper venue. Nothing here prevents an eligible small-claims action, a complaint to a regulator, or a payment dispute allowed by law.
Please contact info@phlirtbeauty.com with your order number and a description of the concern so we can try to resolve it. This invitation does not require you to forfeit a deadline, exhaust an internal process, or delay a legal remedy.
Changes, severability, and other terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material account-term changes will be communicated and accepted where the law requires. Purchases remain governed by the terms accepted for those purchases; continued browsing is not a substitute for consent when consent is required.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be ineffective to that extent, and the remaining lawful provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. No assignment or business transfer reduces an existing customer right, and any transfer of personal information remains subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and the purchase terms actually presented and accepted for an order constitute the agreement for that transaction. They do not exclude an express representation on which the law allows you to rely or alter a separately signed agreement without consent. Required disclosures will be provided in an accessible form on request.

Scope and information
This notice applies to beauty products and accessories sold through phlirtbeauty.com by N Cosmetics LLC, doing business as PHLIRT Beauty. Read it with the item's label, directions, ingredient list, warnings, and any written warranty.
General website tips, routines, and customer-service comments provide product information. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cosmetic products are offered for their stated cosmetic purposes. A cosmetic disclaimer does not authorize an unsupported claim that a product treats disease or changes the body's structure or function.
Ingredients, instructions, and suitability
Check the current ingredient list and instructions before each use. Packaging or formulas can change; contact info@phlirtbeauty.com if the delivered label differs materially from the advertised item or if essential information is missing. Do not use an item when you cannot determine how to use it safely.
Use products only for the purpose, body area, user group, and method described on the label. Follow warnings about eye contact, damaged skin, storage, flammability, children, and expiry or period after opening when relevant. Do not share eye-area applicators or use a contaminated, damaged, or tampered product.
Individuals can react differently to ingredients. A product described as suitable for sensitive skin or eyes is not a guarantee that no individual will react. Such descriptions must still be truthful and supported. Follow any label-directed patch or suitability test; a negative result does not guarantee future safety. Seek appropriate professional advice when a known allergy, eye condition, or other health concern affects product suitability.
Results and product representations
Shade appearance and cosmetic results can vary with lighting, screen settings, skin or hair characteristics, application, and other factors. Images and testimonials must be accurate and must not imply unsupported typical results. A general "results vary" statement does not correct a misleading claim.
We do not describe an ordinary cosmetic as FDA approved solely because a facility is registered or a product is listed. Nothing here withdraws a specific product promise, conceals an ingredient, or excuses a product that is unsafe, defective, or materially different from its description.
Reactions and urgent concerns
Stop using a product if it causes concerning irritation, burning, swelling, an unexpected rash, an eye problem, or another adverse reaction. Seek appropriate medical attention; for a medical emergency, contact emergency services. Our customer-service channel is not an emergency or clinical service.
Please report the concern to info@phlirtbeauty.com, including the product name, order reference if available, batch or lot number if shown, when the reaction occurred, and a brief description. A missing receipt or an expired voluntary return window does not prevent a safety report. Do not send detailed medical records or sensitive photographs through an unsecured public channel.
Keep the packaging and remaining product when safe to do so, and wait for instructions before returning a leaking, contaminated, flammable, or otherwise restricted item. We may request limited follow-up information reasonably needed for the investigation and explain an appropriate submission method.
How safety concerns are handled
We review safety reports, communicate about the affected product, and involve the manufacturer, relevant responsible person, advisers, or authorities when needed. If we are the legally responsible person, we meet the reporting and recordkeeping duties that apply to us; if another party holds that role, we promptly route relevant information without abandoning our own responsibilities.
We handle report information under the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Providing a report does not waive a right, require you to release a claim, or consent to promotional use of health information. Any consent needed for processing sensitive information is obtained separately.
For a recall or verified safety issue, follow the specific stop-use, return, replacement, or refund instructions supplied for that event. A recall remedy or mandatory legal remedy is not limited by ordinary change-of-mind conditions.
Rights and contact
This notice does not exclude liability for defective products, personal injury, misleading statements, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not replace our refund obligations or an applicable express or implied warranty.

Honest reviews and disclosures
If phlirtbeauty.com offers reviews, ratings, or uploads, describe your actual experience accurately. You may express a negative opinion. We do not penalize honest reviews, require favorable ratings to receive a remedy, or condition an incentive on positive or negative sentiment. Clearly disclose a free product, discount, payment, employment, or other material connection relevant to your review.
Content we may moderate
Do not post another person's private information, unlawful threats or harassment, spam, unrelated advertising, impersonation, material you have no right to use, or a review that misrepresents an actual experience. We may remove content for those reasons or as required by law, applying the same standards regardless of sentiment. Disagreement with a customer's opinion is not itself a reason for removal. We do not alter a review to reverse its meaning or misrepresent how submitted reviews are displayed.
Ownership and limited permission
You retain ownership of your submission. By voluntarily submitting content through our review or upload feature, you give N Cosmetics LLC, doing business as PHLIRT Beauty, a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and make formatting-only adaptations of that content to operate the feature and show the review with the relevant product. Providers may process it on our behalf for that limited purpose. You do not transfer copyright to us.
We seek separate permission before using your identifiable photograph, video, or testimonial in a paid advertisement or a materially different promotional context. Contact info@phlirtbeauty.com about removal; we address lawful requests and remove material from active display where required, subject to necessary legal records and ordinary backup processes.
Safety concerns, privacy, and contact
Public reviews may be read by others. Do not include full contact details, payment data, medical records, or another person's information. Report an urgent product concern directly to info@phlirtbeauty.com as well as, or instead of, posting a review. Moderation does not replace our product-safety or customer-service responsibilities.
